With extensive expertise in various sectors, including FMCG, Consumer Electronics, and Multichannel environments, Rico's adaptability is a cornerstone of his success. His unwavering commitment to customer-centric strategies and team empowerment has consistently led to the achievement of set targets in his illustrious career.
Before Rico joined Marry Jane AG, he was a co-founder and CEO of Munich’s Whacky Food Company, a superfood start-up that he launched following a combined thirteen years’ experience in senior leadership positions with Logitech and Coca-Cola.

Dr. Ralf Stanovsky is a well-rounded global leader and strategic Finance executive with more than 20 years of experience across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Americas. Before joining MJ, he built up and developed the finance strategy for an energy renewable start-up. He started his career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and had held several senior leadership positions a.o. with Deutsche Lufthansa AG and SIXT SE in the past.

I have had the privilege of guiding projects in Canada, Denmark, Netherlands, and now Switzerland. Gaining valuable insights into global operations and diverse business environments within, while consistently optimizing processes and driving efficiency to achieve organizational goals.
